Develop and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for our Trading products, aligned with the company's goals and market trends.
Gather market insights, competitive analysis, and user feedback to identify customer needs, pain points, and opportunities for product enhancements and new features.
Collaborate with stakeholders, including traders, technology teams, compliance, and risk management, to define product requirements and translate them into clear and actionable user stories.
Prioritise product features and enhancements based on value, user impact, and business goals, considering technical feasibility and time-to-market.
Collaborate closely with development teams, providing clear product direction, requirements, and guidance throughout the development process.
Conduct usability testing, user acceptance testing, and gather user feedback to validate and refine product features and ensure a seamless user experience.
Monitor key performance metrics and conduct data analysis to assess product performance, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven product decisions.
Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and support product launches and promotional activities.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes related to global markets and trading, and integrate relevant advancements into the product strategy.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients to gather insights, gather feedback, and ensure ongoing customer satisfaction.

Discover your Fit

Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, finance, or a related field. Advanced degrees (e.g., MBA) or relevant certifications are a plus.
A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in product management, preferably in the Forex/CFD or cryptocurrency industry.
Deep understanding of cryptocurrency and Forex/CFD markets, trading platforms, and futures trading, along with knowledge of trading protocols, order types, and risk management in the crypto and Forex/CFD space.
Proven track record of successfully managing the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept to launch, and driving product innovation in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to gather and interpret market data, user feedback, and performance metrics to make informed product decisions.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, and experience working with development teams using these frameworks.
Passion for cryptocurrencies, blockchain technology, and a deep curiosity for emerging trends and advancements in the Forex/CFD and Crypto industries.
Experience in UX/UI design principles and a user-centric mindset to deliver exceptional user experiences.
Knowledge of regulatory frameworks governing trading and familiarity with AML/KYC requirements is a plus.
