Junior Brand Manager

Responsibilities:

• Develops plans of annual brand support and optimizes marketing campaigns (eCom, influencers, exhibitions, special projects)
• Manages the NPD process by coordinating sales, R&D, production, and other relevant departments
• Tracks budgets with an eye towards maximizing gains and reducing costs: budget planning allocation and management
• Regular reporting on budget, brand performance and sales to management and HQ
• Analyzes industry, competition, market trends and makes recommendation on implications for the brand development

Requirements:

• Experience in Marketing / Trade-Marketing / Sales
• Ability to conduct research and analyze data
• Organizational skills, experience meeting tight deadlines
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Complex project management skills
• Results-driven attitude
• Analytical and structured mindset
• BSc/BA in Marketing, Communication, Business or related field; Master’s/MBA is a plus
