Junior/Middle Python Developer for ERP Projects/Remote/Full-time/Long-term

About Us:

We specialize in the automation of construction processes (ConTech). We are seeking a seasoned Python Developer with experience in Odoo to independently handle the collection, analysis, and management of requirements at all stages of ERP projects.

Requirements:

• Experience in Python development over 1 year

• Understanding of SOLID, KISS, and DRY principles

• Preferred experience with Oracle, PostgreSQL, and MS SQL databases

• Preferred experience in C# development

• Familiarity with warehousing processes, including rules and routes

• Understanding of basic Odoo business flows and modules (or similar systems, or a strong motivation to quickly learn this)

• Basic understanding of database structures and elements in Odoo (or similar systems, or a strong motivation to quickly learn this)

• Experience in designing interface prototypes

• Experience in gathering and documenting requirements

• Ability to quickly learn new domains and fields

• Experience with ERP systems, accounting systems, or WMS systems

• Real business experience

• English B1+ (must have)

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of SQL

• Over 1.5 years of experience as a developer on Odoo projects

• Proficiency with the latest Odoo versions (15, 16)
