Treasury manager / Казначей (Дубай, ОАЭ)

Job Responsibilities

1. Audit of Signatures, Access to Online Banking, and Tokens of UAE Bank Accounts

   • Compile a table of signatories, accesses, and tokens.
   • Identify inefficiencies and address them.

2. UAE Bank Accounts Management

   • Obtain control for all treasury instruments (tokens, cards, checkbooks).
   • Organize safe storage.
   • Ensure usage according to the policies.

3. Organizing and Executing Transactions

   • Prepare supporting documents for payment within 3 business days.
   • Process all payments according to payment approval or credit card policies.

4. Improving the Payment Process and Strengthening Control Over Supplier Invoice Payments

   • Complete and update the list of all frequent and regular payments.
   • Suggest improvements to avoid unpaid or lost invoices.
   • Check the list and ensure payments are made monthly.

5. Checking All UAE Companies for the Need to Open a Bank Account and Corporate Card

   • Confirm the list of required bank accounts and corporate cards with project managers and the director.
   • Issue all required corporate cards.
   • Confirm proposals with clients and initiate the opening of bank accounts.

6. Control of UAE Bank Accounts Opening

   • Ensure no delays in providing information to banks or coordinating within the team for more than 2 business days.
   • Escalate any delays to the director.

7. Organization of Financing and Control of UAE Companies’ Liquidity

   • Ensure daily bank account balance is not less than 50,000 AED or the bank's requirement.

8. Treasury Management System Administration and Improvement

   • Delete all unnecessary orders within a week.
   • Fix system bugs within 2 business days.
   • Check the recipient within 1 business day.
   • Involve directors of clients’ companies in the approval process within 2 weeks.
   • Implement optimized payslip uploading by February 15.
   • Draw up a schedule of improvements within 3 weeks, with actual implementation deviating no more than 2 weeks.
   • Sign a new agreement with developers on terms agreed with the director.

9. Wage Protection System Connection to All Companies

   • Ensure all salaries are paid through the system starting from January.

10. Funds Management

    • Place surplus funds on deposit.
    • Suggest effective tools and strategies for optimizing the management of treasury balances.

Contract Conditions

• Place of Work: Dubai, UAE
• Work Time: 40 hours per week (office hours Monday – Friday 9:00 - 18:00).
• Public Holidays: Official public holidays.
• Annual Vacation Allowance: According to company policy.
• Annual Bonus: Merit-based annual bonus up to 20% of the annual salary, subject to the achievement of key performance indicators to be agreed upon additionally on an annual basis according to company policy.
• Reporting To: Director.
• Business Travel: As required for business needs. Travel expenses are compensated in accordance with the company travel policy.
