PROJECT MANAGER IN A FULLY-REMOTE COMPANY WITH B2B CLIENTS ALL OVER THE WORLD, FINTECH, IN ENGLISH

We develop and support server software for brokerage companies around the world. Since 2013, our software has been processing transactions and quotes exchanged by major financial institutions in Europe, England, Canada, the UAE, Indonesia, India, Cyprus, Singapore. Every day they process transactions worth tens of billions of dollars, without pause and weekends.

We are looking for an employee who is ready to learn constantly, ask a lot of questions, andgo all the way in solving their tasks.

Don’t worry if you don't know anything about stocks, futures, cryptocurrencies and fintech: at the beginning of work you will be taught the specifics of the sphere and our activities.

The main responsibilities of project manager include:

• Talking to clients and collecting business requirements, ensuring a clear understanding of objectives and desired outcomes.

• Googling the relevant information for clear understanding of clients’ requirements.

• Taking ownership of projects, driving them to completion by managing timelines, people, and deliverables.

• Delivering technical solutions to the clients.

• Creating and managing technical documentation: technical description of how the product must be designed, what problem the product solves, etc..

• Interacting with QA, development, support and sales teams to develop a strong understanding of the project objectives.

• Preparing the common project information for passing to the development team for time estimation in 3 hours since the client's request is received.

Requirements:

• 1.5+ year experience in project management in IT.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to present ideas.

• Basic knowledge of REST API (Postman), PowerShell.

• Documenting technical concepts and product capabilities to developers and non-developer audiences.

• Strong research skills: ability to find an information, evaluate and use it.

• Experience with an Agile-based working model.

• Experience of working with international clients.

• Upper-Intermediate/B2 + English level reading and writing skills.

• Bias for action, choosing to act instead of waiting under uncertainty.

• Natural curiosity.
