Customer Support Engineer/Jet Expert

• Customer Onboarding: Conduct customer onboarding sessions to introduce the product and its features. Provide training and support to help customers effectively use our no-code platform.
• App Building Guidance: Provide expert advice and guidance to customers as they build their apps using our no-code solution. Troubleshoot any issues that arise and assist with problem-solving to ensure smooth app creation.
• Customer Success Management: Act as a trusted advisor to our customers, building a deep understanding of their business goals and how our product can help them achieve these.
• Feedback Loop: Gather customer feedback and collaborate with the product development team to improve our platform and the user experience.
• Product Advocacy: Promote the unique value and benefits of our no-code platform to potential and existing customers.
• Retention and Expansion: Foster strong relationships with customers to reduce churn, and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to increase customer lifetime value.

Desired experience:

• General understanding of application architecture

• Know and understand what data models are, models and relationships in SQL relational databases, REST / SOAP and endpoints, JSON / XML

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

• Bachelor’s Tech degree or equivalent experience in a relevant Tech field.

• Experience in back-end, front-end or mobile development is a plus

• Experience in creating projects on any no-code/low-code platforms is a plus

• English level B2+ is required
