Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Junior Business Development Manager to join our growing team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our company's success by generating sales, building strong client relationships, and expanding our client base.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate sales among client accounts, including upselling and cross-selling.
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by reaching out to potential clients via email, phone, or visiting them at their location.
Operate as the point of contact for assigned partners.
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with accounts.
Ensure clients receive requested products and services in a timely fashion.
Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
Keep records of client transactions.
Implement quarterly and monthly sales plans (B2B).
Search for new clients and partners: establish long-term relationships, present the company's products to customers, conduct meetings and negotiations, and agree on conditions.
Prepare commercial proposals independently and by setting technical specifications for related divisions, coordinating with related departments.
Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to campaign launch, including client and transaction support until transfer to an account manager.
Maintain CRM and provide regular reporting.
Requirements:
Experience in a similar position or a strong willingness to develop a career in sales.
Working proficiency in English and Russian languages.
Basic computer and software database knowledge.
General understanding of marketing and sales strategies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Dedication to providing great customer service.
Multitasking ability.
2+ years of experience in cold sales of digital/IT services, platforms, products, or services.
Understanding of the online gambling/affiliate marketing industry.
