Objectives of this role:

Build, develop and manage assigned projects to ensure maximum performance, by providing purpose, direction, and management.
Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation.
Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget.
Analyse project status and, when necessary, revise the scope, schedule, or budget to ensure that project requirements can be met.
Establish and maintain relationships with relevant client stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes.

Key Responsibilities:

Candidates would be expected to lead independently /minimal supervision:

Establish and maintain processes for managing scope during the project lifecycle, setting quality and performance standards, and assessing risks.
Develop and maintain partnerships with third-party resources, including vendors and researchers.
Assign and monitor resources to ensure project efficiency and maximize deliverables.
Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues, as necessary, according to project work plan.
Update confluence and Jira and prepare regular updates for PMO session with HQ.

Operating Network

Internal: Head DPEx – Russia, COE Teams (IT Security, BPE, Digital, Analytics, SAP, Basis, Portal teams).

External: Sales Head, Marketing Heads, Vertical Heads etc.; Doctors, Pharmacies, Software and hardware vendors, Partner project teams, Auditors.

Technical Requirements: Sound knowledge of Digital Technologies, Business Process Management, Business Process Re-engineering and Improvements, Business Analysis, Project Management, Vendor Management.

Educational Qualifications: Engineer (Sales & Marketing / Information Technology) from top B-schools/Engineering Institution. Agile Practitioner preferred. Professional certification such as PMP or PRINCE2.
Experience Required: Around 3-5 years of experience in PM role for multinational companies with matrix organization.
