External communications manager

A large pharmaceutical company is looking for an External communications manager

Responsibiliries:

• Drive external communications strategy within the areas of
  responsibilities assigned.
• Envision and oversee the development of experiences and events that positively
  engage employees and compony.
• Digital activities

• Cross-functional projects

• PR activities

• Crisis management and preemptive planning

• Coach, empower and equip employees with communications tools to adapt to new ways of working

• Organise major communication events such as all employee Town Halls, Cycle meetings and Global Broadcasts. Define the agenda, coach speakers both on their content and message delivery

• Act as as a communications point of contact in business continuity management plan,
  frequently update it

• Experienced professional (minimum 5 years of experience in corporate communication and/or change management) is a must
• Experienced working in global organizations, with good cultural awareness and sensitivity is a must
• Strong and confident leadership skills
• Proven experience in developing and implementing a crisis management plan is
  a must
• Fluent English is a must
