Project manager/Executive Assistant to GM (external vacancy)
Major tasks and responsibilities:
- Managing major projects
- Providing administrative support to VP/GM at all organizational levels: maintain calendar, business travel arrangements, expense reports, purchase orders, preparing presentations in PowerPoint, etc.
- Scheduling and coordinating meetings and conference calls, Town halls, Cycle meetings, other projects, assisting in preparation, taking minutes and action points, following up status on action points. Coordinating and maintaining the agenda
- Participation in cross-functional projects: setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, monitoring, and summarizing progress of the project
- Arranging visit programs for colleagues from other countries, customers etc.
- Leading and taking part in internal communication projects
- Writing or drafting correspondence as required by VP/GM, ensuring confidentiality
- Providing professional translations and interpreting services to facilitate communications within the organization and externally
- Keeping a high level of confidentiality
Qualifications:
- Experience in the position of Executive Assistant / Project manager 5+ years in international company
- Fluent English, both spoken and written
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong planning and organization skills
- Strong project management skills
- Service minded and a dynamic team player
- Strict confidentiality
- Ability to work in multinational environment
- Ability to work under stress and with tight deadlines
