We're looking for a Junior System Administrator to our St Petersburg office who will ensure continuous support for our local employees and systems.

What will you do at Infobip?

1. You will work with Active Directory (AD).
2. You will work with the helpdesk, first line, work through the ticket system, without calls from users.
3. You will prepare and configure workspaces.
4. You will be supporting office infrastructure.
5. You will be remote support for users.

Qualifications. More About You:

1. You have a good level of written and spoken English (Intermediate+);
2. advanced knowledge in troubleshooting Windows 10 operating systems and MS Office 365 cloud services, and you are familiar with Mac and Linux;
3. knowledge about PC hardware and printers;
4. experience in internal support or customer support as an advantage;
5. You know basic network protocols and internet communication concepts such as DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP protocols;
6. Experience with configuring video conference systems as an advantage;
7. You are a team player and have great communication skills;
8. You are eager to learn and grow professionally.
