Manual QA engineer (+ experience w- Selenium automation) / Мануальный тестировщик

We are looking for an experienced Manual QA engineer with some experience in test automation with Selenium to join our friendly remote team.

Client: Cruise line.

Project: Web application - e-commerce, cruise reservation website.

Responsibilities:

- Design test cases based on functional specifications and user stories

- Execute test cases by manual testing

- Implement test automation using Selenium (we will provide support in framework set up if needed)

- Report defects with clear and detailed steps to reproduce the issues. Follow up on defect resolution and verify fixes

- Review and analyze requirements

- Participate in project meetings

Skills:

- 4+ years of experience in manual web testing

- Ability to create and track defects (Jira), collaborating with the development team to reproduce and resolve issues.

- Ability to design effective test cases and test scenarios based on requirements and user stories. Managing test execution, tracking test results and generating test reports (TestRail, Zephyr)

- Knowledge of a web debugging proxy tools (Charles, Fiddler)

- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process

- Attention to details, good problem solving and analytical skills

- English verbal and written communication skills - confident enough to participate in daily scrum meetings, grooming sessions.

- Selenium experience is a plus

Terms:

• Full time.
• Remote position.
• 1 year contract (with extension).
• Overlap with EST time zone is needed (till around 1 pm EST).
