Hello everyone!
This is The Loudest Agency. We are currently looking for a Business Assistant to support our founder. We need a "Swiss Army knife" person who will ensure the efficient functioning of departments and track key performance indicators, thereby contributing to the achievement of the company's strategic goals.

Responsibilities

  • Creating regulations, checklists, standards, tables, presentations, and reports for the company's business processes.
  • Attending all meetings together with the founder.
  • Documenting meetings and digitizing recordings of online conferences.
  • Selecting necessary contractors and suppliers for the company's business tasks and overseeing their work.

Supervising teams and monitoring departmental discipline.

  • Reviewing and accepting projects from employees, maintaining full communication with them at all stages of production.
  • Maintaining reporting and analyzing team performance, identifying strengths and weaknesses, and proposing improvement options.
  • Tracking key performance indicators.
  • Planning, organizing, forming, and controlling the efficient functioning within departments.
  • Performing various tasks assigned by the founder.
  • Editing and reviewing project documentation.
  • Controlling document management and ensuring its compliance (contracts, agreements, etc.).

Requirements

Mandatory:

  • English language - upper intermediate level and above - fluent spoken and written proficiency.
  • Higher education in Business Administration.
  • At least 3 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or the film industry.
  • Ability to supervise teams and contractors.
  • Skills in maintaining reporting and analyzing activities.
  • Understanding of video production processes.
  • Project management and production skills.
  • Experience in event organization.
  • Systematic thinking.
  • High emotional intelligence.
  • Proactive approach to work.

Desirable:

  • Competence in editing and reviewing documentation, as well as ensuring legal and economic compliance of contracts with company interests.

Tech Skills

Mandatory:

  • Google/Yandex Calendar, Drive, Sheets.
  • PowerPoint.
  • Excel.

Desirable:

  • Canva (or other graphic design software).
  • Adobe Premiere/Final Cut.
