- Maintenance of speed service process.
- Control and analysis of authorized service center's KPIs.
- Develop and control of plans to improve of projects participants.

Relevant experience not less than 3 years.
- Advanced Excel, PP user.
- Knowledge of SQL.
- At least Intermediate level of English.
- Higher education.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and analytical skills.
- Ability to perform on high level under pressure.
