RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Establishment of CKD work standards and processes

- Roles & Responsibilities alignment among parties

- Localization Strategy Road map development

- Definition, measurement and analysis of cost optimization proposals: supply chain, packaging, delivery terms

- Forward planning analysis and milestones studies for the cross -car line programs

- Support CIS Plants deployment: manufacturing and localization

- In-plant process flow & maintenance works continuous improvement

- Global capacity alignment

- Compliance with Kazakhstan Manufacturing and Localization decree and Kia Russia & CIS Localization strategy

- In/Exterior Parts Development:

- Initiate new localization items

- Scheduling the projects and monitoring

- Suppliers assessment

- Expanding pool of suppliers

- Pricing of localized component, bidding follow up

- Coordinate certification and homologation issues for new local components

- Control of localized components ordering and stock statuses

- Establishment of cooperation system in connection with purchasing division of KIA HQ

- Presentations & reporting

- Preparing of presentation materials for management, including regular reporting and communications

- preparing of comparative analysis

- Weekly reporting on Board of Directors

- Weekly alignment with counterparties

- Weekly reporting to Coordinating Director

- Occasional cross-function alignment

Budgeting skills

REQUIREMENTS:

- 7+ years of relevant experience

- Team management (prof cources/ certificate required)

- Experience in automotive industry is a must

- Higher education

- Production planning: coordination and control

- Project management and timing skills / leadership skills

- Motor Vehicle Construction and Layout

- Homologation requirements for components

- Pricing methodology for localized components

- Budgeting skills

- MS office experienced user (Excel advanced user)

- PPT presentation skills
