Marketing Team is looking for a Brand Manager with relevant experience and soft skills to drive performance of our cheese brands on Russian market.

Main Activities:

• Contribute to Brand strategy development within annual planning
• Contribute to business & brand KPI's achievement
• Lead NPD and product-centric projects in strong cooperation with R&D, quality, finance and production teams
• Analyze market, competitors and consumer trends with clear implications and recommendations for the brand
• Run retail, BTL, e-com and digital brand activations in strong cooperation with Marketing Communications Manager, Sales and TM teams
• Develop brand communication from concept to execution with strong cooperation with Marketing Communications Manager and creative agency
• Handle product portfolio in terms of packaging updates, day-to-day routine and requests by various functions
• Lead various projects within annual brand plan
• Prepare strategic and tactical presentations within related projects & annual brand cycle, including personal presentation to key steakholders
• Collaborate with Sales, TM, R&D, production, finance, agencies, global team to implement annual brand plan
• Handle brand budget & doc flow.

Candidate Profile and Requirements:

• Higher education in marketing / management / economics / sociology
• 2+ years experience in brand management with proven track record of completed projects & achieved business results.
• Fluency in English is a must (both writing and verbal), French is an advantage.
• Good command of Excel (incl. pivots), PowerPoint and Nielsen as main working tools.

• Marketing basics & tools knowledge (marketing mix, positioning & communication, media, PNL, NPD process etc).
• Experience in leading innovations & communication campaigns launches.
• Strong analytical thinking, ability to process market figures and make applicable learnings out of data.
• Excellent presentation skills (both creation & delivery).
• Strong project management skills with can-do approach.
• Efficient communicator by nature.
• Creative mind, following the trends in design and advertising.
• Multitasking & ability to quickly change focuses and priorities staying within comfort zone.
