You will be engaged in developing an innovative anti-fraud platform designed to ensure security in trading and payment fields. Our platform is in the active development stage, and all key components will be built from scratch, including a rule management engine, integration with various data providers, tools for clone detection, and scoring models. We also plan to develop a unified back-office for rule configuration, transaction monitoring, and risk mitigation management.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate these into detailed technical requirements.
- Evaluate current business processes and systems to identify areas for enhancement and optimization.
- Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs.
- Create and maintain business process models, flowcharts, and diagrams to depict system interactions and data flows.
- Partner with development teams to ensure technical solutions align with business requirements and are delivered on schedule and within budget.
- Proactively identify risks and issues, developing strategies to mitigate them promptly.
We encourage applications from candidates who have:
- 4+ years of experience as a business systems analyst or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of business processes and systems.
- Proficiency in business analysis techniques, including requirements gathering, process modeling, and data analysis.
- Experience with business process management (BPM) tools
- Experience with API and process descriptions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and propose effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of software development methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, computer science, information systems, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Willingness to work in an office in Cyprus.
