Being a key HR Business partner within the Country you will contribute to the achievement of the company business objectives by providing professional support in all HR areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- To develop, align and adjust HR strategy to meet current and future business needs;
- Manage full cycle of HR processes (Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Succession Planning, Performance Management, Compensation and Benefits, Labor Relations, etc.),
- Continuous engagement with the international headquarters to leverage global initiatives for the benefit of the local business, and timely and quality management and implementation of global projects at the local level;
- Maintaining local HR-processes and policies at a level consistent with the group's global requirements and local legislation;
- Relationship management with business leaders, to be a trusted advisor to management on all personnel matters;
- HR related budgeting;
- HR team management.
Requirements:
- Higher University Degree, preferably in HRM;
- 10 + years HR management experience, 5+ years of experience in HR BP / HRD role with an international manufacturing & trading company (B2B);
- Good knowledge of Russian Labor code;
- Sound familiarity with the modern HR practices and understanding of how to implement them according to the business needs;
- Maturity in order to drive changes through in HR arena and experience in leading business restructuring / optimization HR projects;
- Fluent English, both written and oral is a must;
- Good leadership skills and people management experience;
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, team-player;
- Analytical & systematic mode of operation;
- Ability to work in multitasking environment;
- Easy-going and ready to travel.
