We are developing an innovative anti-fraud platform designed to ensure security in trading and payment fields. Our platform is in the active development stage, and all key components will be built from scratch, including a rule management engine, integration with various data providers, tools for clone detection, and scoring models. We also plan to develop a unified back-office for rule configuration, transaction monitoring, and risk mitigation management.

Your responsibilities will include:

Plan and execute project activities according to defined objectives
Coordinate and allocate resources effectively
Monitor project progress and manage risks
Communicate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and satisfaction
Evaluate project outcomes and implement improvements

We encourage applications from candidates who have:

Over 4 years of experience in product management, ideally within the CFD industry.
Deep understanding of product development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Ability to excel in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, demonstrating high adaptability and resilience.
Proficiency with product management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Trello.
Familiarity with UX/UI design principles and best practices is advantageous.
Passion for technology and innovation, with a strong customer-centric focus.
Strong leadership qualities, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards common objectives.
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field.
Willing to work in an office in Cyprus.
