Front-End Developer - UI/UX Designer

Axiom specializes in providing outstaffing and recruitment services for various industries. We are seeking a talented Front-End Developer with UI/UX Design Skills to join our team for a project-based contract with a potential transition to a long-term position.

The Opportunity:

This is a two-week freelance contract with the possibility of extending into a full-time, long-term role based on your performance. You will work on various projects, requiring a high level of creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

• Create visually appealing and user-friendly web designs for various projects (e-commerce, hospitality, biotech, health, manufacturing & distribution, investment etc.).

• Utilize Figma to conceptualize, design, and prototype website layouts and interfaces.

• Ensure designs are optimized for different devices and screen sizes through adaptive design techniques.

• Collaborate with developers, marketers, and other stakeholders to iterate on designs and incorporate feedback.

• Ability to adjust the designs to match the existing style of a product.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work.

• Proficiency in Figma or similar design tools.

• Solid understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices.

• Ability to create prototypes and wireframes to effectively communicate design ideas.

• Experience with animation and interactive design elements.

• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.

Will be a plus:

• Experience with PHP

• Experience with PHPMyAdmin or databases

Salary:

• Salary from $8 up to $10 per hour (depending on experience)

Working Conditions:

• Full Time Job

• Working schedule: Monday to Friday, EST business hours

• Monthly payments on Payoneer/PayPal/crypto

• Days off and vacations are granted upon prior approval from the employer.
