We're looking for an experienced administrative director to oversee maintenance work at our current Aviasales offices and the opening of new ones in different locations.
What you will do:
- Overseeing the construction of the new Aviasales office in Phuket, including budget management, and negotiations with contractors and suppliers.
- Opening new offices: selecting locations and premises, dealing with documents, and finding us the very best options.
- Handling maintenance work at our current offices in Moscow, Saint Petersburg, and Phuket (budgets, dealing with contractors, landlords, and maintenance departments).
- Overseeing our current team of office managers and admin staff.
What we expect from you:
- You have 3+ years of experience as a back office Administrative or Operations Director in companies of 500+ people and with offices in several locations.
- You're not bound to one location and are able to take work trips (the first of which will be to Phuket for around 6 months to take on the ongoing construction of our new office).
- Your level of English is no lower than C1, as you'll often need to communicate with English-speaking contractors. Part of your interview will be carried out in English.
- You're no stranger to construction and architectural supervision and you're up to date on the standards and regulations for ensuring workplace safety.
- You have experience leading a distributed back office team.
- Experience with facility management in the CIS, EU, and other regions is an advantage.
