Creative Lead at Yandex.Go

We are in search of a Creative Lead who will serve as the custodian of communication language and creative materials across all Yandex. Taxi markets. We need someone whose engagement and proactiveness will help us solidify our leadership and expand horizons.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead an international team of copywriters, effectively allocating resources and guiding them in creating unique local projects.
• Collaboratively ensure the timely execution of tasks of any scale, from writing push notifications to developing 360 campaigns.
• Ensure consistency in brand positioning and tone of voice across communications.
• Work closely with art directors, marketers, and product managers.
• Work with creative agencies and productions worldwide.
• Propose proactive, unconventional solutions that enhance the brand's creative dimension.

Main Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in a similar position with leadership in a creative team.
• Portfolio of 360 projects demonstrating a high level of creativity and an unconventional approach to problem-solving.
• Excellent spoken English; written English at least Upper Intermediate level.
