The company is a well–known stable supplier of plumbing products and engineering solutions
Обязанности:
Sales management of the company (area of responsibility – all sales channels).
Implementation of the company's sales plan: development, protection, control and execution month/quarter/year.
Analysis and regular monitoring of the capacity of each sales channel.
Management of the sales department: recruitment, training, motivation, task setting, control of employees (from 30 people).
Participation in the development and improvement of a system of discounts, motivations and promotions for Customers.
Control and responsibility for the status of accounts receivable.
Managing key clients and projects.
Setup/ control of reporting on the main tasks of sales department employees in CRM.
Budgeting.
Business trips in Russia, 30% of the main working time.
Требования:Higher education
Sales management experience of at least 6 years is required: commercial director, sales director, head of sales department.
Knowledge of the plumbing market segment.
Experience in managing branches and a remote team.
Risk and change management, business planning, crisis management.
Deep understanding of the basics of FMCG distribution in various sales channels (dealers, retail, DIY, online, projects, contracts).
English at B2 level.
