Soucing Specialist

A large international company requires Soucing Specialist.

Responsibilities:

• Participation in development and implementation of accurate and timely strategies for Category management;
• Identification and selection of the appropriate supplier base for the business;
• Conducting & supporting the tenders according to company compliance guidelines;
• Negotiations with existing and new suppliers to ensure price adjustments;
• Regular status updates to requesters, statistics reports preparation;
• Regular evaluation of current suppliers, benchmarking their operations and effectiveness;
• BQMS processing ;
• Preparation of information on purchase prices and conditions to enable proper budgeting and forecasting;
• Understand and follow all audit and compliance requirements with regards to vendor selection process and vendor management;
• Relevant KPIs acheivement: saves, BQMS usage, competition creation among vendors in the pool, etc.;
• Reporting to Procurement department;
• Cooperation with internal clients, vendors.

Requirements:

• Higher Education;
• Experience in Procurement, Sourcing, Purchasing (Marketing categories) areas from 1.5-3 year supporting sourcing projects.
• Preferable subcategories: administrative, HR, IT, Logistics, etc.;
• Knowledge of procurement basics;
• Expertise in category pricing structure and tender process specifics;
• Project management and coordination, contract work support background will be a plus;
• Ability to work in tech. procurement system;
• English - Upper-Intermediate;
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and SAP based products and ability to quickly learn other applications;
• Analytical thinking, project management, communication skills, negotiation and presentation skills (oral, written), self starter.
