Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage all IT-related aspects of our real estate projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources, coordinating the efforts of team members, and managing third-party contractors or consultants to deliver projects according to plan. The Project Manager will also define the project’s objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle.

Key Responsibilities

Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones.
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives.
Allocate resources and manage project budgets.
Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis.
Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and stakeholders.
Conduct project post-mortems and create recommendations reports.
Lead, coach, and motivate project team members on a proactive basis.
Foster a collaborative and dynamic team environment.
Ensure team members have the necessary tools and training.
Identify and manage project risks and issues.
Develop contingency plans.
Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure the final product meets business needs.
Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.
Utilize Agile methodologies for project management and delivery.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification is appreciated.
Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in IT, with at least 2 years in the real estate industry.
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, software development, and technology integration.
Experience with project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello).
Knowledge of Agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and Waterfall methodologies.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and deliver projects successfully.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Experience in managing vendors and third-party service providers.
