Servers.com is a global provider of bare-metal servers, server hosting solutions, and cloud services, tailored to meet the highest professional standards. We are seeking a talented and motivated Product Manager to join our product team.

Job Description:

As a Technical Product Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping our managed services such as Load Balancer, Firewall, or Shared Block Storage services. You will work closely with our development and R&D teams to guide product development from conception to launch. The ideal candidate should have experience working with technical products, possess a strong understanding of managed services, have a customer-centric mindset, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Define and manage product roadmaps for the managed services.
• Collaborate closely with our development and R&D teams to ensure timely delivery and optimal resource utilization.
• Drive the full product lifecycle - from conception, design, and development to production and support.
• Define and execute go-to-market plans, ensuring that all stakeholders have what they need to be successful.
• Develop and maintain a business proposal that makes a compelling case for continued investment into your products.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to develop product insights.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a Product Management role.

• Experience in the B2B IT sector is a must.

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English.
• Demonstrable knowledge in technology trends and applying this in the creation of product strategies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to think outside the box.
• Excellent project management and time-management skills.
