Consumers buy and participate in these excursions / games with the mobile app. For now Ubego works in 60+ cities and we are expanding globally. In near future we plan to provide AR functions to the authors and customers. Ubego's goal is to have millions of quests so customers are able to run these games every weekend and in most locations across the World. My team and I believe that Ubego will embrace the world because we automatize excursions. It is to the same degree obvious that people will use their smartphone for the excursions as that autopilot will come to substitute drivers. How we work

We work with use of scrum methodology. There are 1 weeks sprints followed by discussing and planning. We are following Lean startup methodology where we actively test ideas.

Responsibilities

• Improve sales channels to make unit economics more efficient
• Design sales vortexes
• Develop new sales channels
• Scale profitable sales channels
• Do customer development
• Orchestrate team members and contractors to deliver business goals
• Analyse and determine the needs of users and the market, with a rationale for demand, find the current complexity in products and solutions distribution of support for releases and launches: preparation of descriptions, promotional materials, participation in the launch of new functionality;
• Plan, form and launch campaigns to promote products and services
• Write selling texts and design content
• Maintain sales (hands on) with target advertisement, direct advertisement, SMM, email and messengers sales, ASO, SEO, content marketing, CPA, etc
• Plan, design and launch campaigns to promote products and services
• Conduct A / B tests, launch complex cross-projects with rolling out by percentage and data analytics
• Work closely with a business analyst to improve on sales channels performance

Conditions

This is an equity based compensation opportunity. To apply, you need to have a full-time job.

We offer an option

- Up to 1 500 000 shares of Ubego (at the moment there are 11 500 000 shares). P shares hourly + dividends.

- Workload amount is 10+ hours weekly. You can mix easily with your office job.
