WGG Advertising Agency is looking for a Senior manager of the call-center. Constant flow of warm leads. We will teach you how to effectively communicate with customers and immerse you in the world of online advertising!

We operate in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Turkey and over 30 other countries.

The tasks that you will solve:

• Calls to a ready-made English-language lead database in order to identify satisfaction from communication with the sales department;
• Monitoring the work of 2 call center managers;
• Collecting data from managers, maintaining reports;
• Working at amoCRM;
• Working with key clients (solving non-standard situations that the call center manager could not solve for one reason or another, assigning a repeat call to the sales department);
• Work according to the approved rules and script for making calls.

What is important to us:

• Knowledge of the Arabic language;

• Knowledge of English (B2) and Russian (B1);

• Work experience in the call center or sales;
• A confident PC user (office software, Excel);
• The ability to build communication;
• Client orientation.
