We are seeking an IT Manager to join our team in Russia. He/she will autonomously manage any Russian users’ need to enhance the applications map and the infrastructures availability to support the country business according to guidelines defined by the Group IT Competence Centers.
The role will functionally report to the East Europe Regional IT Manager of De’Longhi Group and hierarchically to the De’Longhi Russia CFO and also functionally to DTC director Russia on the questions related to e-commerce development. He/she will also work closely with various senior stakeholders throughout the countries and will require leadership, excellent communication and user engagement skills, technical expertise to enhance existing applications and infrastructures.
As an IT Manager, you will play a key role in supporting our eCommerce function. You will be responsible for ensuring the seamless integration and operation of eCommerce, collaborating with digital marketing teams, and providing technical expertise to enhance user experience and drive online sales. Additionally, you will work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements, recommend and implement technology solutions, and continuously monitor and improve the performance and reliability of our eCommerce infrastructure.
De’Longhi Russia, is the country headquarters of Russia encompassing a variety of specialist teams covering areas such as project management, purchasing, Supply Chain Planning and Logistics, Finance, HR and IT. There are approximately 60 employees in the headquarters and it plays an integral part to the Group’s operations throughout the country.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead external local IT resources across the country organization
Develop a fair and intense relationship with De’Longhi Russia business stakeholders
Lead IT projects at local level
Collaborate with the East Europe Regional IT Manager and the Group Competence Centers to support the Group and Country business thanks to a stable, efficient, user friendly and effective Information Systems environment.
According to Group guidelines, define an affordable and effective Service Level Agreement with Country stakeholders providing Business Users with an effective technical support
Catch any possible initiative to help in lowering the Country IT costs without affecting the services provided to the users
Ensure IT compliance with country laws and help the Group IT Cybersecurity team to minimize cybersecurity risks in the Group.
Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends and share best practices with the group IT Competence Centers in order to design possible IT-based innovation paths.
Develop the professional expertise of the IT Function according to each individual growth path.
Managing the budget and providers to ensure efficient and effective development of e-commerce platforms.
Maintenance of the performance of the IT-solutions of the company (ERP system, internal document circulation system, scripts on Python, Google Apps Script, etc.)
