About us

Our team of professionals in licensing and animation works every day to create unique and entertaining experiences to expose original animated brands across the world. Thanks to its strong media presence, record-breaking YouTube performance, and a focused Social Media effort, our company has brought its flagship series "Masha and the Bear" to over 150 countries, and made the cartoon the most popular among preschoolers worldwide.

We are looking for a junior specialist to join our marketing team and grow professionally working with a well-known brand in an international company and helping us promote the brand.

The role of Junior Marketing Coordinator

Provide comprehensive support to the Marketing team in planning and holding international marketing campaigns,
Collect data for marketing presentations of the Company brands, communicating not only within Marketing itself but with other teams (Sales, Media, Production) and external partners, when relevant,
Regularly update presentation decks: quarterly, by request,
Prepare and update templates for Company decks – if relevant with rebranding,
Set tasks and prepare briefs for other teams (Design, Legal, Audio-Video, Web) to provide the Marketing team with necessary materials,
Prepare presentations for the conferences, licensing summits, and other events,
Collect and analyze brand performance data (both from paid and from public sources),
Compile and visualize the available marketing information in reports, tables and slides,
Assist with comprehensive documentary support on the final stages of the Marketing team projects,
Assist in arrangement of сustomer activations on official brand website(s),
Provide other administrative support to the Marketing team when necessary.

Requirements for the role

Higher Education in marketing field,
1-3 years of experience in marketing,
Advanced level of English,
Proficiency in Microsoft Office software,
Experience in digital marketing is a plus,
High responsibility and due diligence, attention to details,
Good communication skills, ability to work in a team,
Ability to meet deadlines, good time management skills, self-discipline,
Ability to learn fast and constantly improve professional skills.
