Role Summary: MTLAB is seeking a visionary Project Manager to lead our R&D team, driving the development of cutting-edge AI SaaS. This role involves team coordination, management of both in-house specialists and external contractors, and coordination of all project activities, from concept to execution, ensuring milestones are met within time and budget constraints.

Responsibilities:

Recruit and manage a diverse in-house team.
Negotiate and manage relationships with contractors.
Lead cross-functional teams in development, managing timelines, and resources.
Identify project risks and implement strategies to mitigate them.
Monitor and ensure the quality of AI models and systems.
Manage the project budget to stay within financial limits.

Requirements:

Proven experience in project management, ideally within tech or user-centric sectors.
Strong business acumen in project planning and management.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Project Management, or a related field.
Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills.
Familiarity with data protection and privacy laws.

Fluent English.
