In this role you will:

• Lead strategic thinking, proactive approach and outstanding plans, communication, innovation & activation grounded in strong consumer insights & data analysis;
• Participate in business reviews, on-going market / competition / brand / category / initiative performance in-depth analysis and action plans, management reporting;
• Portfolio management, lead development of pipe-line, development and launch of new products and packaging innovations;
• Drive business growth by identifying and activating key growth levers on brand according to the total company objectives;
• Manage budget to maximize the impact of this spend;
• Understand consumer and be capable to generate insights;

• Marketing experience 4+years in FMCG company;
• Good business acumen with strong analytical and organizational skills;
• Proven track of development and launch of innovations & renovations;
• Ability to work with complexity in a multi-tasking mode;
• Initiative and creative ability with high level of execution;
• Skills to be a team leader that collaborates effectively across all functions and at all levels in the organization;
• English - Upper Intermediate;
