1.JOB Description (For Sales manager)

• Development of sales network and Online: sales plan realization, sales forecast, communication and coordination with them
• Management the key dealers and online players: sales planning and realization, close cooperation for channel extension and development.
• Development of motivational programs for key dealer, analysis of its effectiveness

• Analysis and reporting on BIZ actions. Budget controlling.

• Price monitoring, analysis. gathering VOC.
• Weekly report.

2.COMPETENCES AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Work experience: more than 2 years sales experience: related to cosmetic industry.
• Very strong sales skills: opening, understanding the needs of the customer, negotiating, strategic business planning and go-to market development skills.
• Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Good interpersonal and customer relations skills.
• Good written and oral communication skills in English or Korean.
• Higher technical education
• Advanced MS Office skills
• Free to Biz trips
• Driver's license
• Healthy person
• Full time work

3.COMPANY PROVIDES:

• Probation period for 3 months
• Office at BIZ Park Rumyanchevo in subway stations
