Requirements:
- At least 3 year experience in international hotel networks holding the positions of the head of the reception and placement service, the head of the sales and marketing department, the deputy manager
- Knowledge of modern Western standards, technologies and procedures in the hospitality industry
- Experience in new hotels "launching" and their withdrawal to planned targets
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience in organizing and conducting trainings for staff
- The desire to work "in the fields" is an undeniable advantage for us
- Flexible thinking and non-standard approach in problem solving
- Good references from previous jobs
