Now we’re looking for a strong lead generation leader to boost our Business development team. You’ll be in charge of prospecting and searching for new customers via Upwork channel.
Requirements
English level - B2-C1, Russian level - B2-C1
Successful experience in lead generation and sales for IT businesses - outsource projects, outstaff services - 2year+
Experience with Upwork
Experience in creating and presenting qualified commercial offers;
Strong communication skills, service and customer oriented;
Result-driven, independent, and self-motivated, ability to create innovative ideas to attract new clients;
Highly organized, self-disciplined and able to work in a fast-paced environment under minimal supervision.
Responsibilities
Active search and attraction of potential clients.
Team building.
Channel scaling.
Attract Target Clients with Upwork.
Formation of applications and proposals for potential clients.
Qualification of potential clients based on project scope and budget.
Filling and updating data in the CRM system.
Communicating with various teams within the company to find suitable freelancers for a particular lead, update job profile, etc.
