We’re XFounders, and we're on the hunt for a dynamic and versatile marketing specialist to help us rock our educational bootcamp and its reality show. Our bootcamp, backed by the to 5 blockchain company Solana Foundation, is all about creating powerful connections between startups and ecosystem heavyweights.

Here at XFounders, we build a community-driven environment for web3 startups aimed at connecting founders, investors, and experts. Together, we collaborate, share knowledge, refine products, secure funding, and build amazing web3 projects. Our educational programs are crafted in collaboration with top-tier contributors, including Mastercard, Solana, Circle, AWS, Gate.io, Polygon, ICP, TON, and many others.

This September, for Season 2, we’re excited to bring together 20 ambitious Series A and seed startups with the support of the Solana Foundation and top-tier partners. We need your unique expertise to help these startups skyrocket their performance and achieve their full potential.

What You'll Be Doing:

Strategize and Execute: You'll plan and roll out killer marketing campaigns to put our bootcamp and reality show on the map.
Content Creation with Partners: Team up with big names like Solana, Mastercard, Gate.io, and others to craft engaging content.
Engage the Community: Organize and host AMA sessions, interviews, Twitter Spaces, and live streams featuring our partners.
Manage a $100K+ Budget: Take charge of our hefty promotion budget and make every dollar count.
PR Magic: Work your PR magic with media partners like Be in Crypto.
Collaborate: Work closely with designers, copywriters, and other creative minds to produce top-notch content.

What We're Looking For:

Marketing Experience: You’ve got at least 3 years under your belt, ideally in startups or education.
Web3 Savvy: You know your way around the web3 ecosystem.
Campaign Success: You’ve successfully launched marketing campaigns and worked with the media.
Project Management: You can juggle multiple projects and keep everything running smoothly.
Communication Pro: You’re great at talking to people and getting your ideas across.
Social Media Guru: You know how to make content that pops on social media.
Adaptable: You thrive in fast-paced environments and can handle change like a pro.
