FROM YOU:

A talent for diving deep into understanding the client’s industry, product functionality, and business needs and converting complex unstructured information into logical and digestible designs.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in interface design.
English proficiency that allows you to understand what clients and users say, write and mean, communicate your questions, and present ideas. However, we will back you up with our producers and leads in case you feel stressed in direct, live communication with clients.
A robust portfolio that demonstrates your work in building interfaces for desktop and responsive web apps, mobile apps, and marketing websites.
Understanding and experience in working with user personas, user journeys, JTBD, problem and solution hypotheses, UX maps, and other frameworks that help to understand, build, and improve a consistent user experience.
Experience in building design systems based on the Atomic Design approach, UI Kit creation, and maintenance.
Knowledge and adherence to accessibility principles.
Ability to create clickable prototypes of varying complexity (from drafts to highly detailed with interface animation elements) to validate your design hypotheses through these prototypes.
Proficiency primarily in Figma and work automation methods. The skill of learning new tools and methods is crucial.
Strong typography skills and an understanding of typography principles.
