PR and Marketing Division is looking for a very proactive and positive personality to take the position of PR Manager.

Responsibilities:

Deploy creative content across multiple owned and earned channels;
Initiate and lead special projects with added value for the hotel’s business goals;
Maintain property website up-to-date, while implementing engaging visuals and copy;
Work closely and proactively with key hotel departments to develop promotional and marketing activities and calendars to feed relevant owned channels;
Lead documental workflow;
Assist with digital marketing tasks to ensure messaging and creative is aligned across all activities;
Arrange and streamline photo and video production;
Support Sales and Reservations with auditing materials, ensuring external messaging is aligned with brand guidelines and hotel positioning;
Manage creation and timelines of collaterals and digital layouts including basic graphic design, content creation, negotiating costs, design projects with external partners.

Skills & knowledge required:

University Degree;
Minimum 2 years of previous PR and marketing experience, hospitality background preferred;
C1-C2 English language (both oral and written), literate Russian language;
Excellent writing, presentation and communication skills;
Strong organization skills, being team player;
Efficient and graceful multi-tasking skills;
Knowledge of graphic design software to produce creative layouts;
Ability to multi-task effectively, managing multiple projects within deadlines and priorities;
Being very flexible, open minded and positive person.
