Hoteza is actively growing and developing and is looking for Customer Success Specialist (remote work) to work together with our Customer Success Team
Job responsibilities:
- Engaging with customers across four key stages: Initial meeting, Analysis of Customer Marketing & Operations Requirements, Gathering Content Materials, and conducting a final review of submitted content.
- Guiding customers through the onboarding process for purchased products. Onboarding sessions.
- Content filling for TV, Mobile and Tablet apps based on the initial content materials (images, texts and video).
- Providing consultancy to customers through performance calls to suggest optimal solutions and highlight successful case studies.
- Gathering feedback from customers.
- Offering support to customers throughout the onboarding process, assisting with CMS usage, content creation, and maximizing sales results from the guest app, TV or Tablet solutions.
- Developing educational resources for clients to enhance their understanding of CMS usage, order management, and increasing revenue. These resources include video tutorials, informative articles, helpful tips, and FAQs for the Customer Portal
What we expect from you:
- 2+ years’ experience in copywriting and content review
- Strong computer skills
- Experienced user of graphic editors (e.g. Photoshop)
- Ability to create customer-facing documents from scratch
- Resourceful with a can-do attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Upper-Intermediate Level of English and Advanced level of Russian
- Experience working in a SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) environment will be an advantage
