HR Director is responsible for development and implementation of human recourses management strategy in accordance with long-term company objectives, development an interaction with key stakeholders, set the standards and practices, organize daily execution in HR, EHS and administrative function, management HR team.
HRD plays a critical role in building a skilled and engaged workforce that is equipped to meet the challenges of a dynamic and competitive business environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Participation to HR strategy development and implementation on area or responsibility, in accordance with long-term company objectives, translation business goals in certain indicators and action plans in HR area. Development and implementation of company policies and procedures in HR area. (hire to retire e2e process).
- Communication with key stakeholders, monitoring their needs and update HR practices in line with them.
- Development of personnel strategic competencies for achievement of business goals.
- In the lead of corporate social responsibility (charity, environment).
- Ambassador of the company values.
- HR, EHS and administrative team management.
- Support organizational changes (correct organizational structure, business processes, corporate culture).
- Support and provide tools for teamwork and leadership development within the company.
- Responsible for HR and administration budget, control and update personal cost structure.
- Research and implementation of HR tendencies and best practices in modern companies, transformation of best practices to Ahlers reality.
- Insure daily performance of processes in area of responsibility. Continuous improvement of HR practices.
Environmental Health and Safety (EHS):
- Focus on creating a safe workplace environment.
- Manage and follow-up policies and programs related to safety, health, and environmental compliance.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure adherence to safety protocols and risk reduction.
Administration:
- Oversee administrative functions such as office management, facilities, events.
- Streamline processes, manage budgets, and enhance organizational efficiency.
Key Skills / Competences
- University degree in management, sociology, economy, HR management or requalification according to the position based on university degree in other areas.
- Extended business acumen competence.
- At least 5-year experience of working in HR area, at least 3-year experience of team management.
- Communication skills and skills of interaction with key stakeholders.
- Group discussions facilitation skills, conflict resolution.
- Knowledge in HR, EHS and administrative areas.
- Knowledge of Russian Labor Legislation.
- Extended digital skills including analytical tools.
- Knowledge of basic strategic, financial, operations management and specifics of their implementation in the company.
