Description and Responsibilities

We are looking for a manager to be in charge of HQTS Russia Sales team focus on the Industrial Goods market/ NCG (Machines, Raw Materials, Equipment with related spare parts, Chemical products). The ideal candidate will be an experienced business developer & local team leader with proven ability to independently develop executive level relationships and grow a profitable portfolio of clients through personal lead origination, qualification, consultation, sales negotiation and closure. He/she is also responsible for leading the products business development strategy and implementation with the objectives of driving new business development for Russia sales team.

  1. Associating with General manager and develop Russia local market commercial strategies and plans in line with business objectives.
  2. Collaborating with the management team to identify new business opportunity/new sales channels in Russia.
  3. Implement business strategies or initiatives, including budget planning & control.
  4. Formulating and driving annual business plan with good understanding of market dynamics.
  5. Managing the Russian Industrial Sales Team to achieve annual revenue sales goals
  6. Accomplish the sales human resources by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining sales.
  7. Coach sales executive for sales management and monitor their management performance.
  8. Innovating solutions to overcome challenges.

Skill & Qualification

  1. Bachelor in relevant industry (Engineering, Business Management etc.)
  2. 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the TIC industry for non-consumer products (willing to receive applicants with relevant skillsets from other industries, see next point)
  3. At least 5+ years of sales operation, business development & team managing experience in sourcing company, trading business or international purchasing business.
  4. Track record for team management skills
  5. Excellent listening, writing and cross-cultural communication skills.
  6. Ability to develop strong and trusting relationships at all levels in an organization.
  7. Demonstrated skills in the areas of lead generation, prospecting, and closing.
  8. Ability to think strategically when viewing client challenges and objectives.
  9. Outstanding analytical skills and creative thinking.
  10. Aggressive, determined and self-motivated.
  11. International travel may be required.、
  12. Fluency in both spoken and written English and Russian is mandatory.
