Retention Manager in English (night/morning shift)

Moscow based international IT and communication technologies company is looking for Retention Agent with Experience.

Salary: from 2500$

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in conversion/retention
• C2 Level of English!
• Work in the office, not remote
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

What does role involve:

• Managing and growing customer relationships
• Answer customer inquiries regarding products or services, presenting and recommending company services
• Holding telephone negotiations
• Maintain a database of customer calls, their needs and requirements
• Implement best practices in sales programs
• Night shift 17:00-02:00 or Morning shift 07:00-16:00
