Visual Content Specialist is responsible for visual aspects of MAAG, ECRU, DUB and VILET brands perception coming from all communications channels. Visual Content Specialist is in charge of creating the coordinated visual style for 4 brands for social media and any other digital channels of communication. The overall purpose of the job is to manage and develop brands’ image as well as control execution of visual part of omnichannel projects.

Role Overview:

Creating and developing visual style in social media for 4 brands, including graphic design, video content creation, content production, slight retouch and photo manipulation
Participation in the development of content calendar for social media channels
Participation in the development and implementation of the content promotion plans
Participation in all content creation processes: photo shootings for marketplace, editorial content shootings, design projects, creating POSMs, etc.
Constant competitors and trends analysis

Close cooperation with HQ teams and support with their marketing activities

What we are looking for:

From 3 years work experience preferably as a Graphic Designer / Designer / Content Creator
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design / Photography or any related field;
Strong organizational skills - ability to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines and manage priorities
Good verbal and written communication skills (Russian and English)
Experience in working with digital channels, video and photo content creation experience is a plus
Experience in cooperation with bloggers
Figma, Photoshop, video editing tools (basic level)
High level of Russian
Advanced English
Organizational and project planning/managing skills
The ability to work under pressure meeting the deadlines in a self-directed manner
