Job Responsibilities
- perform sourcing through various channels: internal and external database mining, networking, social media, referrals, Boolean search, job boards and other innovative sourcing methods (you can invent your own method!);
- design and evaluate sourcing strategies;
- review resumes and conduct preliminary phone screens to understand a candidate's qualifications;
- maintain candidates data into the applicant tracking system (Huntflow).
Key Qualifications
- strong interest in IT business, willingness for learning new technologies;
- analytical mindset and willingness to perform in a data-driven environment;
- experience with at least one tracking system or CRM as an advantage;
- upper-intermediate level of English is a MUST.
