- Have strong commercial competences and business acumen, in-depth knowledge of state segment and he Russian pharmaceutical market.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Establish and manage long-term relationship with external stakeholders / distributors. Lead negotiations with TOP management of key Customers.
- Understand the needs and expectations of stakeholders. Align the interests of different stakeholders to drive common goals. Establishes long-term strategic partnership with internal and external customers. Understands how to get the economic benefits for the company by meeting the needs and requirements of partner.
- Effective implementation of a commercial policy to maintain a competitive value proposition in the respective area of responsibility.
- Deliver financial results by ensuring proper stock and product availability management across the country.
- Identify new business opportunities; monitoring and analyze situation on the market; analyze competitive environment and adapt processes to industry changes.
- Regular monitoring of state purchases, and ensure supplies by Distributors.
- Ensure strong business partnership with BUs and functional peers in pursuit of the company’s overall business goals.
- Monitor of state initiatives in the procurement sector, proactively adapting strategies and tactics to ensure the most productive and transparent commercial cooperation.

Required experience:
- At least 5 years in a pharmaceutical company, knowledge of at least 2 portfolios of companies.
- Team management experience of at least 3 years.
- Experience in the hospital channel.
- English : Upper - intermediate.
