In this role, you will:

Own client relationships: Be the trusted advisor for key clients in the EU and UK, ensuring their satisfaction and success.
Collaborate with experts: Partner with other teams to provide comprehensive solutions and exceed client expectations.
Build a dream team: Lead, mentor, and grow a team of dedicated account managers, shaping a culture of excellence within the company.

We're looking for:

A seasoned professional: 5+ years of experience in B2B Account Management within the IT sector.
Fintech expertise: Experience in the Fintech world is a huge plus.
Client champion: Proven track record of successfully managing large accounts.
Team leadership skills: Experience leading and motivating a team is welcomed (even if you haven't held a formal team lead position before).
