The Mission of the role:

To attract, identify, and hire exceptional talent that drives organizational success by aligning candidate skills and values with the company’s mission and culture, ensuring a positive candidate experience, and fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace.

What you’ll be responsible for:

1. Sourcing High-Quality Candidates:
   • Headhunt and identify high-quality candidates who fit our company culture and job requirements.
   • Measure the performance and retention rate of new hires within a specified period (e.g., 6 months or 1 year).
   • Ensure alignment of new hires with company culture and job requirements.
2. Quickly Filling Roles:
   • Fill defined roles swiftly after job definition.
   • Track the average time from the initial job posting to the candidate’s start date.
   • Aim to reduce time to fill while maintaining high-quality hires.
3. CV Screening and Selection:
   • Screen and select CVs to identify the most suitable candidates.
   • Assess candidate qualifications and match them to job requirements.
   • Conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidates for culture fit and technical skills.
     

You’ll be a great fit if you have:

1. Communication Skills:
   • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Russian and English.
   • Effectively convey job requirements and company culture to candidates.
   • Proficiency in negotiating and managing expectations with candidates and hiring managers.
2. Assessment and Interviewing Skills:
   • Proficiency in conducting interviews and evaluating candidate qualifications.
   • Use various assessment tools and techniques to determine the candidate’s fit for the role and company.
3. Cultural Awareness:
   • Ability to identify and attract candidates from diverse backgrounds.
