We are looking for an organized and motivated assistant for Mikhail Kolmanovich, CEO of Expatrix.nl, Rabotaem.nl, Benelux, and Polvetra.ru.

Expatrix.nl specializes in relocation and consulting, Rabotaem.nl focuses on employment, Benelux offers legal and tax consulting, and Polvetra.ru deals with logistics. The mission of these companies is to support clients in successful integration and adaptation in new environments.

Your mission is to organize workflows, manage projects, and support the CEO in daily tasks, demonstrating communication and time management skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Organizational and Administrative Tasks: Coordinate employees, participate in planning meetings, monitor project progress according to the roadmap, obtain permits from government agencies, communicate with partners in Dubai, register trademarks and patents, find lawyers for shareholder agreements, create and send invoices, support operational activities, create presentations and websites.
  • Project Management: Launch websites, manage flower logistics, conduct research on eco-certification of production, create a registry of participation in external projects, maintain a financial registry of loans and shares in business, support the biotech project in Latvia (production, marketing, sales, certification).
  • Information Gathering and Research: Study advertising on ProductHunt, find specialists, handle certification and specific issues in stock trading and algorithmic trading, find advertising platforms.

You will be comfortable working with us if you:

  • Are a systematic and organized person who can create structure from chaos, have research and project management skills.
  • Can write clearly and structure your thoughts. Good English and the ability to express your ideas clearly are key skills.
  • Are ready to work with different projects and businesses, can quickly adapt to new tasks and conditions.
  • Are open to any questions and quickly remember answers. Ready to ask questions for better understanding but not inclined to ask the same question multiple times.
  • Have experience or are ready to work with various tools and platforms for project management and communication.
  • Strive for learning and development, open to new experiences, and ready to invest in your growth within the job.

What we offer:

  • Flexible Schedule and Asynchronous Work: Tasks need to be completed on time, immediate responses are not required, and working on weekends is possible by agreement.
  • Location: Preferred cities are Amsterdam, or any other country with a time zone close to Europe (± 1-2 hours).
  • Employment can be arranged in Amsterdam, Riga, Dubai, or Prague. Relocation options are available, with the possibility of relocating to various countries.
