Due to the rapid growth of the company, we are looking for an Account Executive to join our team in St. Petersburg.

Who are we looking for?

A specialist who has:

Excellent spoken and written communication skills (Fluent in English is a must);
Education/work experience abroad is an advantage;
International sales, customer relationships or account management background;
Dedicated passion for client service;
Great teamwork and interpersonal skills;
Multi-tasking, ability to work under pressure;
Organized, disciplined, and accountable for result.

What will you do?

Develop long-term relationships with existing partners;
Develop new companies in approved states and new contacts;
Train clients on our processing and IT system;
Troubleshoot all issues and assist the team with systemic problems;
Provide update on performance issues;
Stay in touch with client and discuss new opportunities to improve results.
