Business Assistant (fluent English and Russian)

We are Crystalia Glass LLC, a glazing construction company based in Brooklyn, NY. Our company was established in 2017 and has grown exponentially since! Among our clients are such companies as SpaceX, Nike, Starbucks, Bank of America, Yves Saint Laurent and many others.

We are currently seeking a highly organized and proactive Business Assistant to support our owners in managing day-to-day operations and driving business success. This role requires a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and organize the owners' schedules, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications on behalf of the owners
• Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
• Assist with the coordination and execution of special projects and events
• Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports for consideration and presentation to the owners
• Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and integrity
• Liaise with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and operations

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred
• Proven experience as an executive assistant, administrative assistant, or in a similar role
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High level of professionalism and discretion
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• English C1-C2
